South Beach Diet - Day #7

Hours away from completing the first week. I switched meals today, having a light breakfast this morning so I could have a mega-omelet for lunch. :-) Well, not really mega...only had two eggs, but I put in chicken and broccolli and some low-fat cheese. It was great except it so overwhelmed the eggs it was more like "egg encrusted chicken and broccoli". Oh well.
Date night will be tricky tonight. What can I freakin eat? prolly going to Black Eyed Pea since it's my best chance.
ONE WEEK ALMOST DONE!
