This is the funniest story I've ever seen CNN. Somehow, they're trying to relay the point that President Bush is *equally* as smart os Senator Kerry.
OK...so we shall judge this by grades?
How about their ability to give a speech? Ability to debate? Knowledge of tax issues? Value of the world community and how this relates to terrorism? Ability to say "nuclear"? :-)
Gimme a break!
