Ooooh, ohoohohohoh, so much of interest, so little time!
THE YANKS GOT SWEPT!!
Ohhh, ohhhhh, and not just swept....SWEPT BY THE ROYALS! :-D *MUA HAHA AHAHAH AHA HHHA A* Oh man, the $208 million dollar team versus the $30 million dollar team! And the Yanks got punk'd. :-)
The Mets, on the other hand, led by Pedro, win their series against the D-Backs. A dandy showing against the D-Backs, who are doing well this year. Now, time for the Giants.
And the Braves lost...yeeeehaw. Mets 1.5 games out of first. :-)
Incidentally, there was a funny little highlight during the Met game tonight. In the 1st inning, the infield sprinklers turned on for no good reason while the Mets were on the field. Here's a pic:
