Is the Iraq KIA Count a Fraud?

US Military Report: The High Death Rates Exposed
This is just coming across. Is it possible that rather than 1,700+ dead, the Iraq death toll is in the 7,000's? If this is true, it will be a disgusting revelation that will really have me infuriated.
I say this tentatively because this is a new news source to me, but it's well reported. I will give it time to see what comes of it.
