This is why Markos Moulitsas (owner of the Daily Kos) is the most insightful man in politics today.

He looks shit up. :-)

And that's why we love him!

Right. So, the truth--based on the facts--is: Bill Clinton DID wrap up the nomination June 2, 1992. Everyone under the sun may have -suspected- he'd be the nominee, but that doesn't mean he was -officially- the nominee until June 2. Anything can happen to a candidate between suspecting and being - scandals, assassination attempts, etc.

So, basically, you're calling H. Clinton a liar because she said -mid- instead of -early- about something that happened over 15 years ago? That's grasping at straws, dudes. I call that seriously splitting hairs.

I guess, as always, the truth is where you want to see it!

Ha ha! Real mature, dude. I guess you prove what they say about how difficult it is to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person. Go take a happy pill, geeeeeez! :^)

I think you needs the meds if you're wishing for assassination attempts to help out your candidate. Enjoy.

Yes. Because that's definitely what Clinton meant -- that someone should knock off Obama. And yes, you're absolutely right! I was saying that I want an assassination attempt to "help my candidate" (even though you don't know who -my- candidate is because I never said so). What I said and what Clinton said had absolutely nothing to do with a logical reason why a primary election might run long, calling upon history to give an example. Nope. Not at all. Because that would be rational thought, and we don't want that in this country anymore. We want sensationalism, fear-mongering, and utter stupidity like what you suggest.

Wow. If you represent the atypical Democrat, I weep for this country.

Shock, Denial, Bargaining, Guilt, Anger, Depression...the first 6 phases of Grief. But, for Colleen, the 7th phase is NUTCASE.

Gee, how could I assume who *your* candidate is? I'm such an ASS-umer.

Silly me.
